The "Where Do You Know?" Initiative
We can all ask "WHERE DO YOU KNOW?", whether in an election debate or everyday conversations with a neighbour. However, journalists, opinion leaders and debate moderators have a greater opportunity and obligation to ask decision-makers questions.
This is a politically neutral social initiative in which several dozen organizations participate. Among them are research institutions, press publications, professional associations and companies. The initiative is coordinated by the Estonian Research Council.
The initiative is led by Chancellor of Justice Ülle Madise and Milrem Research Director Mart Noorma.
