Young Advisors to the Ombudsman for Children

The Ombudsman for Children's Advisory Committee was established on 15 November 2011 to involve children in discussions on important issues affecting them, allowing them to express their views and raise issues related to children.

The task of the Ombudsman for Children's Young Advisors is to support the Chancellor of Justice in his or her activities as a children's advocate, promoter and monitor of children's rights.

The Young Advisors are children and young people under the age of 18 who represent themselves or a children's and youth organisation.
