Book "Human Rights"

The Office of the Chancellor of Justice has prepared the book "Human Rights", which is the first comprehensive collection in Estonian on the subject of human rights. The editor-in-chief of the book is Liiri Oja, PhD, Head of the Human Rights Department of the Office of the Chancellor of Justice.

The work consists of 26 chapters, which address key human rights topics: for example, the history of human rights, the UN human rights protection system, human rights research methodology, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly and expression, children's rights, the rights of people with disabilities, violence against women, and sexual and reproductive rights.

The book is available free of charge on the website www.inimoigusteraamat.ee. It is also possible to download the book in PDF format from the same website.
